This is a very popular tour, as you can spend a reasonable amount of time in Serengeti National Park for 2 nights and furthermore explore Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara National Park or Tarangire National Park with a wide range to see the big five.
Pickup from the airport after briefing and greetings - transfer to the hotel.
Day 1: pick up from the hotel early in the morning (around 8:30 am) and start our safari - transfer to Tarangire national park. This is one of the best-kept secrets of the north circuit. The park covers an area of 2,850 sq km and it offers some unique and diverse landscapes. The permanent presence of water in the area makes it a good choice especially during the dry season (June - Oct, Dec - Feb) as plenty of wild animals migrate here. The park is home to big baobab trees, big mammals, and especially elephants, as long as other carnivores. Alternatively, you can choose Lake Manyara national park which offers some breathtaking sceneries. Lake Manyara is famous for its lush acacia forest, giant figs, and mahogany trees, as well as for its growing population of baboons and blue monkeys. You will be able to spot giraffes, elephants, impalas, buffaloes, and a large number of hippos. Some unique facts about this park include the tree-climbing lions, flamingos on the lake shore, as well as the Ground Hornbill, and the Crested Eagle. Lunch inside the park and afternoon game drive. Evening transfer to the hotel.

Day 2: After breakfast an early morning, at 8 am transfer from your hotel and head towards Ndutu region. The drive to Ndutu is about 3. hours covering a distance of 260 Kms. 35minute hours after commencing the drive, you will enter the Ngorongoro Conservation Area (NCA) where you will notice the landscape changing from hilly forests to plain and green grasslands. Once you reach Ndutu you will begin a 6 hours game drive with a convenient stop for your picnic lunch. Ndutu forms a part of the route for the annual migration of more than 2 million wildebeests and thousands of zebras, antelope and gazelle. During game drives at the right season, you will be able to see the fertile plains turn into calving grounds and nursery for the great migration. After an evening game drive, we will transfer to hotel for rest.

Day 3: In the morning, at 7:00 am, you will head out for game drives in the Ndutu region after a good breakfast. After completing a half-day game drive along with a picnic lunch, we will branch out and head towards the Serengeti national park and proceeding with afternoon game drive in serengeti national park and at the late evening transfer to the lodge. The day comes to an end with a heavy dinner and a good rest in your choice of accommodation. Get a good rest.

Day 4: Early morning game drive in central Serengeti national park and at the afternoon transfer to Ngorongoro conservation area. One of the UNESCO’s World Heritage Sites since 1979. Ngorongoro covers 8,200 sq km and it is part and parcel of the broader Serengeti ecosystem. It is often called the 8th wonder of the world since it has it all: stunning landscapes, wildlife density and a mankind community (Masaai) co-existing in perfect harmony with the wildlife. The Ngorongoro crater caldera is intact and it hosts the very rare Black Rhino. It’s also the largest concentration of wildlife per square km in the world. Words alone cannot express the beauty of Ngorongoro, you have to see for yourself what this majestic place is all about. We are convinced that you will agree, it deserves the title of the eighth wonder of the world! Overnight to the crater reef. The day comes to an end with a heavy dinner and a good rest in your choice of accommodation. Get a good rest.

Day 5: On this day of your safari, you will have an early start and quick breakfast you will make an early descend at around 6:30 am into the crater floor. The Ngorongoro crater is the world’s largest inactive, intact and unfilled volcanic caldera. It has a massive floor of about 260 sq km with a depth of over 2000 feet. The 5-hour game drive on the crater floor will show you a lot of animal action. The African elephant, buffalo, Black rhino, Hippos, Hyenas, Cheetahs, and Lions are found in plenty. Post the picnic lunch at the beautiful Hippo pool, you will begin a steep ascent to the top exit of the crater. This is the last leg of your safari, with a 3hour drive left to Arusha. You will be dropped off to the airport or to your preferred location at Arusha.
Pick up from the hotel and transfer to the airport for your return flight.
